Our team is made up of eight knowledgeable and well-respected advocates who represent clients in court in all areas of family finance in the South West and South Wales. The team ranges in experience from newly qualified to those with many years at the bar. The matters undertaken by the team, are equally varied with cases ranging from the extremely complex with substantial assets to cases where assets are more modest but equally important for the people involved.

We endeavour to provide continuity, ensuring the same counsel assists from initial advice and First Appointment through to Final Hearing stage. We also strive to provide excellent communication, facilitating face to face conferences at locations convenient to our Clients and delivering constructive advice that can help achieve a settlement wherever appropriate. Our team is equally committed to a fair and transparent approach to fees and will always look to operate on a fixed fee basis, agreeing fees prior to each stage of the process.

In addition to assisting with financial remedies, members of the team are also able to advice on pre-nuptial agreements and Queen Square Chambers also has a specialist team who advise clients on the related practice areas of Contentious Probate and Inheritance Act.
