Commercial
Our Commercial Team offers a rounded, pragmatic approach to all forms of litigation. We are focusing on providing high quality, yet affordable legal services be that to a business in dispute or an individual in dispute with a business.
Members of the team regularly assist clients with contractual, company or partnership disputes across the Western Circuit and Wales. The team includes members with experience as in-house counsel and as former solicitors, and we readily appreciate the pressures and constraints which solicitors and clients inevitably have to work under.
Our barristers pride themselves on allying a friendly, open approach with astute analysis and sound legal advice. We appreciate the commercial and economic realities which businesses and litigants face and are alive to the fact that any legal advice has to be tempered with a commercial approach.
We are able to offer flexible funding options, tailored to suit the individual case. These options can include fixed fees as well as Discounted Conditional Fee Agreements which members of the team are happy to consider where appropriate.
Whilst covering a broad range of litigation and advice, the team has particular expertise in contract disputes and Companies Act cases. Areas of knowledge and experience include;

The Commercial team also work closely with the other specialist teams at Queen Square Chambers including the Employment, Insolvency, Professional Negligence and Property teams which enables us to assist with most types of commercial litigation.
