Lauren Seager

< Back

Lauren has a burgeoning clinical negligence practice representing claimants and defendants across a range of medical specialities. She also undertakes personal injury and credit hire.

She is an approachable yet tenacious practitioner who understands the difficulties involved in this area following the recent and pending reforms. She recognises the need for efficiency and has extensive experience which she utilises to obtain the best outcome for her clients.

As the pupil of a highly experienced clinical negligence practitioner, Lauren spent much of her time observing and participating in conferences and trials on a range of clinical negligence matters. She was exposed to a multitude of complex cases and provided advices and pleadings for review.

She is regularly instructed for applications, CCMCs and telephone hearings in clinical negligence matters.

“She took on a complex case with significant issues and delivered an outstanding result that was far better than I expected.” – Glenn Frazer, Clinch solicitors
