A new tenant for Queen Square Chambers

We are delighted to announce Adam Farhadian-Griffiths has joined Queen Square Chambers after successful completion of pupillage.

Prior to pupillage Adam was appointed as in-house counsel to Sovereign Trust (Hong Kong) Limited, a financial intermediary business. He managed cross-border litigation and disputes, along with compliance to financial regulations.  Adam also worked in collaboration with the Hong Kong equivalent to the Serious Fraud Office (The Joint Financial intelligence Unit).

A subsequent appointment as director of the firm saw Adam oversee corporate and private client affairs.  While working in Hong Kong he was appointed as updating author of the jurisdiction’s leading practitioner text on banking law and contributed to Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong.

During pupillage, Adam has been exposed to a wide range of both criminal and commercial matters.

If you wish to discuss instructing Adam, please get in touch with the clerks on 0117 921 1966.
