Commercial & Criminal pupil now available for instructions

We are delighted to announce Adam Farhadian-Griffiths is now available to be instructed, having completing his first six under pupil supervisors Charles Row and Mark Williams.

Adam was called to the Bar in 2013 after completing a Commercial Law LLM. Prior to pupillage Adam was appointed as in-house counsel for a financial services business in Hong Kong. He managed cross-border litigation and disputes, along with compliance to financial regulations. Adam subsequently served on the board of directors managing private clients, complex trust disputes and corporate governance matters.

Adam was appointed as updating author of the jurisdiction’s leading practitioner text on banking law and contributed to Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong.
