Jack has represented a defendant in Cardiff Crown Court following allegations of Common Assault, Disclosing Private Sexual Images and Controlling and Coercive behaviour of which he was acquitted.
Jack has received the benefit of a CPS secondment and he has prosecuted in multiple trials in the Magistrates Court. He has also prosecuted and defended in Crown Court Appeal hearings.
During pupillage he was supervised by Charles Row and James Tucker, Jack observed criminal trials in many areas including sexual offences, assaults, drug offences and fraud.
Operation Baghrash [Bristol Crown Court] 2019
Jack acted as a led junior for the second defendant in a Seven-handed conspiracy to defraud the NHS and DoH in relation to tenders made for building projects. After over 7 weeks of trial his client was acquitted.
