Colleen joined Queen Square Chambers in 2005, having previously worked for another Bristol set. Her legal administrative background quickly established her as an asset to the Criminal Clerking team.

In 2018, Colleen was promoted to the role of the Senior Criminal and Regulatory Clerk, following the retirement of Chambers’ CEO. The role encompasses responsibility for the smooth running of the Criminal and Regulatory departments, strategic planning and marketing for Chambers.

Always available to discuss anything relating to the teams she oversees, Colleen is happy to be contacted by telephone or e-mail at any time.

The aspect she enjoys most about Queen Square Chambers is the team ethos – Barristers and Clerks all pulling together to ensure the best possible outcome for the clients and the business.

Outside of Chambers, Colleen spends her time with her two young children and husband, and can usually be found in a park or at a birthday party of a weekend. Colleen enjoys watching films and catching up with friends over a meal and when she gets the opportunity, she loves to read and can devour a good book in a matter of hours.
